Managing Director PJM Swiss
Martin Benkler is an experienced senior executive and consultant with in-depth expertise in the international rail industry. In his previous roles as CEO and COO, he led complex rail infrastructure projects and large-scale initiatives in the field of high-speed rail. He has successfully driven forward internationalisation, the development of new markets, and significant mergers in the field of railway technology, while setting strategic direction and leading teams of over 1,000 employees. His core competencies include multi-project management, contract and risk management, and the sustainable restructuring of business units.
Lorenz Kochan
Senior Rail Specialist
Thanks to his cultural competence and expertise in cross-functional coordination, Lorenz Kochan has successfully launched numerous complex projects in many countries. He has acquired the necessary skills through various roles, including Design for Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager on major projects. In recent years, he has increasingly focused on project management. In April 2026, Lorenz Kochan, who has been living in Switzerland for several years, moved to PJM Swiss within the group.
