PJM is an internationally renowned systems specialist for rail transport and has successfully implemented projects in 30 countries across 6 continents. The PJM Group comprises 7 companies:
- PJ Messtechnik GmbH, as an accredited testing laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, carries out tests worldwide for the certification of rail vehicles. These include, for example, the new generation of ÖBB’s Nightjet trains, the Rhaetian Railway, the Mountaineer passenger train in Canada, the TILO regional railway, the S-Bahn in Berlin, and the metro systems in Riyadh, Chicago and London.
- PJ Monitoring GmbH is a technology leader in the automation and digitalisation of rail freight transport with its WaggonTracker system and has, amongst other things, equipped Europe’s most intelligent freight train.
- PJ Motion GmbH specialises in the approval and requirements management of rail-bound vehicles.
- RCC Railway Competence and Certification GmbH, as an accredited inspection body in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065, specialises in certifications and safety assessments.
- Infratrack Solutions GmbH operates a test and innovation centre on the site of the decommissioned coal-fired power station in Mellach, Austria.
- EMC Rail Services GmbH specialises in EMC measurements.
- PJM Swiss GmbH is the local point of contact in Switzerland for the full range of services offered by the PJM Group.
PJM was founded in 2006. Around 90 employees at the Graz site ensure that everything is “100% Made in Austria”: R, hardware and software development, production administration are all carried out exclusively in Austria. PJM Swiss provides a direct point of contact in Switzerland for the entire portfolio of the PJM Group.
